Mat Group Classes
I run small group mat classes with no more than five people in each class - although this is currently only four due to Covid restrictions. This allows me to adapt and adjust the exercises for each individual if and when needed.
These classes are perfect for both beginners and more experienced clients. Individual needs are always taken into consideration, and alternative exercises at different levels are given.
The classes are often mixed up with some small equipment, offering new variations on known exercises, to challenge and progress you.
