Using resistance in the form of springs, the Reformer will both challenge and support you, offer you assistance and resistance, give you feedback and help to adjust alignment.

Private Mat Pilates

Just you against gravity, tailored to your body and your goals. You could get together with a friend for a 2 to 1 too.

Targeted exercises, to build up strength and mobility both before and after surgery.
