Small Group Pilates

From an early morning Pilates HIT to relaxed lunchtime stress relief and mixed ability core sessions, Mat based exercises classes performed in small groups (in the studio) or virtually.

Mixed ability Pilates classes

These Pilates classes are perfect for both beginners and more experienced clients. Individual needs are always taken into consideration, and alternative exercises at different levels are given. 

We often work with small equipment and props, offering new variations to familiar exercises, to challenge and progress you.

60 min zoom/studio classes

High Intensity Power Pilates classes

20 mins of lunges, squats and planks (hand weights optional), followed by 10 mins of core and abdominal work before we stretch it out. Taking place at 7am, these are the perfect way to start your day. Be prepared for some achy muscles and possibly a hot face!

30 min zoom only classes

Lunch time Pilates classes

Easily accessible from your home or your office in your lunch break, these Pilates classes will help your posture and release tension, at a pace that won’t leave you hot and sweaty.
