  • Pre-surgery

    Strengthening

    Improve movement and build muscle strength before surgery. The more you prepare, the faster you recover.

  • 1 - 6 weeks

    Gentle recovery

    Gentle Pilates to start stabilising, mobilising and strengthening the muscles around the joint again.

  • 6 - 12 weeks

    Increased movement

    Increased intensity and variety of movement to continue strengthening and building the muscles around the joint.

  • 12 weeks onwards

    Strength & stability

    Building on your muscle strength and joint stability. Exercises to continue to maintain a healthy joint.
